Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All artworks by Artist Tasmin are handled and shipped with care to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
This policy outlines how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered within Australia and internationally, and what to expect regarding timeframes and costs.

2. Processing Times

Each painting is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged before shipping.

  • Ready-to-ship artworks are usually dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment is received.

  • Commissioned artworks may take longer, depending on the scale and drying time. Estimated completion and dispatch dates will be provided when the order is confirmed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your artwork has been shipped, including tracking details where available.

3. Shipping Within Australia

All domestic orders are shipped from Western Australia using a trusted courier or Australia Post.

  • Delivery times typically range from 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.

4. International Shipping

International delivery is available on request.

  • Shipping costs and timeframes vary depending on destination and size of the artwork.

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

  • International deliveries may take 2–6 weeks, depending on carrier and customs processing.

Before placing an international order, please contact me for a personalised quote and timeframe.

5. Delivery and Signature

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone will be available to accept the package.
I cannot take responsibility for items delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please notify me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

To help resolve the issue, include:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork

  • Your order or tracking details

I will work with the courier or postal service to resolve the matter, which may involve a repair, replacement, refund or other agreement made in accordance with the Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Local Pickup and Delivery (Western Australia)

If you are located in Perth or surrounding areas, you may arrange a local pickup or personal delivery at no additional cost.
Pickup details will be shared after purchase or upon completion of your commission.

Murals and large-scale artworks are not shipped — they are completed on-site or delivered by arrangement.

8. Changes or Delays

While every effort is made to meet estimated timeframes, unforeseen delays (such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or supply shortages) may occur.
You will be notified promptly if a significant delay affects your order.
